Membership Area

You do not have to have a website.

No refunds under any circumstance.

You may use the lineart to make premades, adoptables, websets, and signature tags.

Do not pass around or redistribute my lineart or tutorials.

Do not share your username and password.

Do not claim as your own. Copyright for the tutorials and outlines belong to me.

You may use the tubes to make sig tags and premades. Do not pass them around.

Do not use my tubes in your members area. You may use them for profit, however do not offer them as a graphic in your members area unless they are signature tags, premades, websets, stationery, etc made original by you.

You may use my IM letters anywhere.

Please display a membership logo on your site.

Rude emails will not be tolerated. Neither will public slandering.

If you violate any of these terms, your membership will be revoked with no refund.

(New)**Tubing Terms**

You may tube my lineart. However, a special character tube license is required to tube the custom lines and limited "as is" packs that are added. This is a one time fee of $10.00. This is to help with the costs of adding new custom sets.

All other lineart may be tubed without a license.

You may make colored tubes of my lineart and offer them in your member's area only. They are not to be offered freely.

Premades and Websets

You must have a website

You must have no right click scripts installed

You must link back

Do not alter or claim as your own

Your site must be family friendly


*Membership Trades*

I always love to trade memberships. All trades must include a tube license. All past trades that allowed free tubing at the time of trade must provide me with a license if you start requiring it. I feel that is fair since I do not charge a tubing fee.

Lil Z Ave Graphics Terms

I hope you enjoy Terri's creations as much as I have. Please read these terms before using any graphics. Thank you Terri for allowing me to offer these to my members.

All graphics must be linked back to Rose Creations http://rosecreations.net 

You may only add text to the signature tag graphics not the premades.

They are for your personal use only. You may personalize them and give to friends (free of charge) as long as they link back. They are not to be distributed anywhere else.

You must have the proper protective codes on your site pages, to keep non-members from borrowing the creations from you.

Do not offer the tags-graphics for download on any site, (paid or free) or add to any other forum. (Examples are: snag/tag boards, MSN/Yahoo groups, or through email groups, etc.) 

*Please do not alter, cut, crop, chop, tube, resize or copy the creations. *You may add text to the Tags/Creations [to personalize], but please do not alter them in any other way. *The creations  are not to be made into stationary or websets. They are to be used only as they are offered to you. *You may add text to the creations, but nothing else and *again* they are for your own personal use "ONLY!"

You may not claim credit for the creations, or profit from them directly or indirectly. *THIS includes but is not limited to - cd's, resale, charging a fee to personalize them, making websets to offer for free or for profit, making patterns, or any craft items to use - on or offline.

These terms apply to those who have a "Creative License" from Terri.

You must display the license on your credits/membership page and add a small note of credit and a working link "on the finished web set[s] and stationery." *Example: Graphics  from: Rose Creations http://rosecreations.net.  The License will be good for one person and [2] of your sites. *[If you have multiple sites, there will be an additional fee [at a discount] for the 3rd, 4th, 5th etc., site. *IF you co-own a site, all owners will need to purchase the license.  
 If you sell your site or transfer to another person, the creative license and all stationery and websets made [using my graphics] must be removed and not included in with the sale/transfer. *The license is for the person/site that is listed on the invoice, and can not be shared or transfered to anyone else, [unless the new owner is a current member of the Lil. Ave.]
 My Terms of Use must be honored or your license will be revoked [without refund] and you must remove any and all creations that you have made using any  images
