Q: Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
A: No, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. Please make sure your order is correct before checking out.


Q: What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?
A: Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. RoseCreations is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages. Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.


Q: How long does it take to process and ship my order?
A: Orders are typically processed within 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.


Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship to the U.S. ONLY. If you’re outside our shipping zone, please contact us before placing an order.
