All orders are made and packed with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Custom or high-volume orders may take slightly longer.
🚚 Shipping Methods
We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
🔎 Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update.

We currently ship to the U.S. ONLY. If you're outside this area and want to place an order, please contact us first.
📬 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your package leaves our hands, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. RoseCreations is not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. If you experience any issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.
📫 Incorrect Shipping Info
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
