3. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

4. Delivery Issues
Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, RoseCreations is no longer responsible for it. We are not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. Any shipping issues should be addressed directly with the carrier using the provided tracking number.

5. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If you are outside this area and wish to place an order, please contact us first.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. RoseCreations is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
